תנאי שימוש | Terms and conditions

האתר ומותג InsideOut מופעלים על ידי ר.מ אינסייד אאוט בע"מ, ח.פ. 515446607 (להלן: "החברה").

כללי:
  • יש להגיע בזמן שנקבע בהזמנה. ההסבר למשחק מתקבל בחדר.
  • לפני תחילת המשחק יש להשאיר פלאפונים ופריטים אישיים בלוקר נעול על מנת שתוכלו לשחק ללא הפרעות.
  • במהלך המשחק צופה בכם מפעיל החדר, תוכלו לקבל סיוע ועזרה בכל רגע שתרצו.
  • אין להגיע שיכורים לחדר.
  • אין לצלם בתוך החדרים.
  • אין לשבור חפצים או רהיטים ואין לקחת ציוד ומזכרות אתכם.
  • במקרה של הפרה של אחד הכללים רשאי מפעיל החדר להפסיק את המשחק ללא החזרת כספכם.

תשלומים ומדיניות ביטולים:

  • לשריון ההזמנה נדרשים פרטי אשראי לפיקדון בסך 100 ₪. הכרטיס אינו מחויב בעת ביצוע ההזמנה, ומשלמים במקום לפי מספר המשתתפים.
  • הזמנה ללא פקדון – תתבטל באופן אוטומטי
  • את התשלום, תלוי בכמות המשתתפים ניתן לשלם בזמן ההגעה למשחק במזומן או אשראי.
  • ביטול/ שינוי הזמנה יותר מ – 24 שעות ממועד המשחק – כרטיס האשראי אינו מחוייב
  • ביטול/ שינוי הזמנה פחות מ – 24 שעות ממועד המשחק – יגרום לחיוב דמי הפיקדון
תנאים נוספים:
  • פרסום תמונות המשתתפים שצולמו בתום המשחק ייעשה בכפוף להסכמה מתאימה. כשמדובר בקטינים, נדרשת הסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס לפי הדין.
  • החברה רשאית לשלוח ללקוח הודעות שירות הקשורות להזמנה, לרבות אישורים, תזכורות, עדכונים, ביטולים וקישורי תשלום, באמצעות WhatsApp, SMS או דואר אלקטרוני. הודעות שיווקיות יישלחו רק בכפוף להסכמה הנדרשת על פי דין. 
  • כל מידע המופיע באתר הינם בבעלותה הפרטית של החברה ולשימושה הפרטי.
    אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לפרסם או להשתמש בתוכן של האתר, אלא בהסכמת החברה בכתב ומראש. 
נגישות:
  • קארטו נגיש לכיסא גלגלים. בבית הנייר אפשר להשתתף עם כיסא גלגלים, למעט החלל האחרון; בחלק זה אפשר להישאר באזור הכניסה לחלל. לתיאום התאמה פרטנית יש לפנות לצוות.
  • ניתן להגיע למתחם עם כסא גלגלים דרך המעלית.
  • שימו לב: השירותים אינם מונגשים לכיסא גלגלים.

General:
  • Please arrive at the time stated in your booking. Game instructions are provided inside the room.
  • All personal belongings and cell phones should be placed in a safe keep locker before starting the mission.
  • Closed circuit cameras in the rooms allow the administrator to view players and offer help as needed.
  • No drink and playing allowed!
  • No photography is allowed.
  • Vandalism and misconduct in rooms will not be tolerated. No souvenirs are allowed to be taken from the rooms.
  • failure to comply with the above rules may result in stopping the game without returning your payment.
Payments and cancellation:
  • Card details are required to secure the booking with a 100 ILS deposit. The card is not charged when booking. Payment is made on arrival according to the number of participants.
  • A booking without the required card guarantee will be cancelled.
  • Payment is made at the venue according to the number of participants, in cash or by card.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the game: the card is not charged.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the game: the 100 ILS deposit is charged, subject to applicable law.
General Conditions:
  • Publication of participant photographs taken after the game is subject to appropriate consent, including parental or guardian consent for minors as required by law.
  • The company may send service messages related to a booking, including confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations and payment links, via WhatsApp, SMS or email. Marketing messages will be sent only with the consent required by applicable law.
  • All the informatio in this site is private and only the company has the right to use it. you are not allowed to copy, publish or use any content from this site, unless you have the company permission.

Accessibility:

  • Karto is wheelchair accessible. Money Heist can be played using a wheelchair except for the final space, where a participant may remain at its entrance. Please contact staff to discuss individual needs.
  • Wheelchair access to the complex is available via the elevator.
  • Please note: the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Accessibility Coordinator: Hai Elram, phone 0502129111.

דרכי מסירת הודעת ביטול וזכויות לפי דין

לשליחת הודעת ביטול ולפרטי הדרכים העומדות לרשותכם: ביטול עסקה / הזמנה. אפשר לפנות בדוא"ל [email protected], בטלפון 09-8917917, בבית העסק או בדואר רשום לר.מ אינסייד אאוט בע"מ, היצירה 11 ב׳, רעננה. יש לציין שם ומספר תעודת זהות, ומומלץ לצרף פרטי הזמנה לצורך איתור.

מדיניות העסק אינה גורעת מזכויות ביטול והשבה לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן או כל דין אחר, לרבות זכויות מיוחדות במקום שבו הן חלות. במקרה של סתירה, הוראות הדין המחייבות גוברות. תנאים מיוחדים לאירוע אינם גורעים מזכויות מחייבות אלה.

Use the cancellation page, email [email protected], phone +972-9-8917917, visit the venue, or send registered mail to R.M INSIDE OUT LTD, 11B HaYetzira Street, Ra'anana, Israel. Include your name and identity number; booking details help identify the transaction.

These terms do not limit statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights, including special rights where applicable. Mandatory law prevails in case of conflict.
