Welcome to the InsideOut Escape Room website (“the site”, “we”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and operate in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13, effective August 14, 2025.
Controller and privacy contact
The controller is R.M INSIDE OUT LTD, company no. 515446607, the operator of InsideOut. Address: 11B HaYetzira Street, Ra’anana, Israel. For privacy enquiries, access or correction requests: [email protected], phone +972-9-8917917.
Your choice when providing information
You are not legally required to provide information in enquiry or price-list request forms. Providing it is voluntary. Without suitable contact details we cannot respond or send the requested information. You can browse without completing a form. Online bookings require booking and customer details; without them an online booking cannot be completed. Identification requirements for cancellation notices are described on the cancellation page.
Information is used to respond, send requested prices and details, manage bookings and payments, handle cancellations and maintain records as needed and required by law. Authorised staff and providers of hosting, email, bookings, payment and messaging services may receive information for these purposes. Systems include the booking service on 917.co.il, ESLogix and Meta’s WhatsApp services. Advertising and measurement use is subject to applicable consent and legal requirements.
Automated chat
The virtual assistant is automated, not a human representative. Text you enter may be processed by the chat and AI systems used to answer and handle your enquiry. Personal details are voluntary; you can ask general questions without identifying yourself. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, identity numbers, medical details or other sensitive information. Contact our staff directly for individual arrangements.
Measurement, Clarity and privacy preferences
In addition to the tools below, Microsoft Clarity is used to analyse website use through heatmaps and interaction replays, including clicks and scrolling. Technical and interaction data may be sent to Microsoft. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools support traffic analysis, conversion attribution and advertising. Google Tag Manager manages website tags.
Google Ads enhanced conversions may send hashed contact details you provided to Google to match a conversion with an advertising interaction, subject to applicable consent and law. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.
The website privacy panel offers acceptance, rejection of non-essential cookies and category preferences. You can reopen it using the privacy-preferences button. Choices are passed to supported tools through their consent mechanisms. Some tools, such as Google Consent Mode, may send limited measurement requests without storing cookies when consent is denied. Cookies can also be managed or deleted in your browser. A changed preference does not necessarily delete information already lawfully collected.
Some providers operate infrastructure outside Israel, so information may be processed in other countries subject to applicable law and relevant arrangements. Provider information: Google, Microsoft, Meta.

Video and Audio Recording in the Escape Room Facility
During your stay at the InsideOut escape room facility, video and audio recordings are made through cameras and microphones operating in the rooms and public areas for the purpose of running the games, ensuring participant safety, and managing the overall gameplay experience.
These recordings are not used for advertising, marketing, or long-term storage purposes, but solely for real-time monitoring of the game’s progress, providing hints, and supporting participants during the experience.
The recordings are stored for a limited period of up to 7 days, as required for operational and management purposes, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.
Access to the recorded materials is restricted to authorized managers only, who are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
